🟢 Permitted uses
- QA/testing of email flows (OTPs, registration confirmations, transactional emails)
- Protecting privacy and avoiding unwanted spam or advertising
- Test automation within reasonable limits (rate limits apply)
ℹ️ Important: TinyMail only receives email. The service does not support sending email or outbound SMTP/relay.
🔴 Prohibited activities
- Spam, phishing, fraud, scams, or social engineering
- Distributing malware or linking to malicious content
- Automated account creation or abuse of third-party services
- Attempting to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions
- Any illegal activity or violation of applicable law
If you discover abuse, please report it through the Report abuse page.
⚙️ Service limits
- Rate limits by IP address and endpoint
- Limited data retention — emails and inactive domains may be automatically deleted after 3 days
- IP addresses or agents showing signs of automated abuse may be blocked
- Custom domains are intended only for testing and development; their inboxes remain public and third-party services may block them
- Retention limits apply to the live service. Backups may retain copies longer; the 3-day period is not a guarantee of permanent deletion from every copy
💡 Tip: If you operate a system that needs to block disposable email domains, you may do so according to your own policy.
🧾 Enforcement
We may take measures to protect users and third parties, including rate limiting, blocking IP addresses, removing abused resources, and cooperating with lawful requests when necessary.
- Violations may result in immediate restrictions without prior notice
- Repeated violations may result in permanent blocking
