TinyMail does not publish a contact email address, response time, or dedicated support channel on this page. If you see a TinyMail address used as a receiving destination for phishing, fraud, malware, or automated account creation, preserve evidence for your investigation or that of an authorized third party.
What to record
- Type of abuse (phishing / fraud / malware / automation / other)
- Evidence: URLs, screenshots, logs, and full email headers (if available)
- The inbox address involved (for example
[email protected]) - When you discovered it, including the time zone
⚠️ Note: Do not send sensitive personal data unnecessarily. TinyMail does not send email, so a fraudulent message you receive cannot originate from TinyMail's SMTP service.
Relevant service behavior
- Inboxes are public: anyone who knows an address can read or delete messages
- Emails are automatically deleted after 3 days, so preserve evidence outside the system if you need it longer
- The 3-day period applies to the live service; backups may retain copies longer. Do not assume permanent deletion or rely on backups as an evidence-recovery service
- Prohibited uses are described in the acceptable use policy
